An engineer from Raju, Vijay, Hari, or Sandeep's team is assigned. Manager MP is informed.

The engineer updates the status when investigation or repair begins.

When the engineer sends a closure message on WhatsApp, you receive the same update.

Future integration

This prototype will connect to PHP/MySQL for complaint storage and the WhatsApp Business API for intake and notifications.
